This site collects as little as it can. Here is exactly what, and why.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the dates, number of guests and notes you choose to add, and (for conferences and team building) an organisation name if you give one. We do not ask for an email address, ID number or home address.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry about rooms, meals, events or activities. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell or share it.
How it reaches us
When you send the form, your WhatsApp opens with your message to the resort, and a copy of the same details is saved in the resort’s private enquiry list, which only authorised resort staff can open. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the notes box.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted by the resort when they are no longer needed, and automatically after 12 months.
Tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies or analytics tools.
